Flagship Car Wash - Phoenixville, PA

JBS Allphase Construction completed the transformation of a former Rite Aid in Phoenixville, PA into a modern, fully operational car wash facility. The project involved an extensive conversion of the existing retail building and site, including major interior and exterior renovations, new equipment infrastructure, and site improvements to accommodate the unique operational needs of the car wash.

Taco Bell – Brooklyn Park, MD

JBS Allphase Construction completed the new Taco Bell in Brooklyn Park, featuring Taco Bell’s latest Kitchen X design. The project incorporated the brand’s newest kitchen layout and construction standards, with a focus on efficient workflow, updated equipment integration, and the specialized requirements of a modern, high-volume QSR facility.

Taco Bell – Gibbstown, NJ

A full ground-up construction project completed on schedule and to brand standards. This build included site preparation, utility coordination, and final interior fit-out delivering a polished, efficient restaurant ready for launch.
