Since 1997, JBS Allphase Construction has been a South Jersey family-owned and operated construction company. Founded by John N. Booras and carried forward today by his sons, John and Stephen, along with the next generation of the Booras family, JBS has grown from a small maintenance service into a trusted full-service construction firm.

What began with simple repair work for fast-food restaurants has evolved into managing commercial remodels and new builds for major brands across South Jersey and the surrounding region. Through every phase, our focus has remained the same. Craftsmanship, communication, and doing things the right way.

John Booras Sr.

President

One of the founding members of JBS, John oversees all projects with an eye for detail and problem-solving. Outside of work, he enjoys restoring his ’69 Mustang, flounder fishing, and hunting with his family.

Co-founder of JBS, Stephen leads company growth and project oversight. He’s passionate about cars, spending weekends taking his Nova to local shows and enjoying time down the shore.
